You must register as a member to use “Aniplex Online”.
When registering for the first time, please be sure to read the Term Of Use and Privacy Policy on the registration screen. By registering, you agree to the Term Of Use and Privacy Policy.

By registering as a member, you’ll be able to link your account to the “Fate/Grand Order” app.
We’ll also send you a newsletter—exclusive to members—featuring the latest "Aniplex Online" and “Fate/Grand Order” updates and special campaign offers.

*Follow these instructions within the "Fate/Grand Order" app.

1. Open the "Account Linking" menu in "My Room".
2. Tap "Link my Aniplex Online Account".
3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "New User Registration".
Next, enter your email address and the password you want to use at Aniplex Online, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Create Account".
*If your email is not entered correctly, you may not be able to transfer game data. Make sure the address you entered was correct.
*Please read the Term Of Use and Privacy Policy before creating an account. By tapping the "Create Account" button, you indicate that you have agreed to the Term Of Use and Privacy Policy.
4. Your account is now created and linked.

* Please refrain from registering multiple accounts. Please note that if we detect multiple registrations (multiple IDs) by the same customer, we may refuse further transactions or services with you.
* You cannot register if your email address contains any of the following:
Example 1: A period (.) immediately before the at sign (@) or at the beginning of the email address
Example 2: Consecutive periods (.) before the at sign (@)
Example 3: Contains characters other than single-byte alphanumeric characters and certain symbols
*Certain symbols (e.g., . ! # $ % & ‘ * + – / = ? ^ _ { | } ~)
Example 4: The portion to the left of the at sign (@) is 64 characters or longer
Example 5: The entire email address is 256 characters or longer

Forgotten Your Log in ID
Your log in ID is the email address you provided when you registered.
If you have forgotten your email address, please contact us via the contact form to request your log in ID.

Forgotten Your Password
You can reset your password using the "Reset Password" feature.
1. Select "Log in" at the top of the site and click "forgot password?"
2. Enter your registered email address and click "Send".
3. Access the URL provided in the "Aniplex Online - Update Your Account Password" to set a new password.

*If you enter the wrong password 10 or more times in a row, your account will be locked for 30 minutes. Even if you enter the correct password during this time, you will see the message “Your email address or password is incorrect.” You will not be able to log in for 30 minutes even after resetting your password, so please wait a while and try logging in again. If you are still unable to log in after waiting, please contact us using the “Contact Form.”
*If you do not receive the “Aniplex Online - Update Your Account Password” email after clicking “Reset Password”, you may not be using an RFC-compliant email address. If you are unable to log in, please contact us.

If you wish to delete your “Aniplex Online Account”, please use the “Contact Form” to let us know that you wish to delete your account.
Please note that if your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to use Aniplex Online.

・As of 2026-09-01 , you can link your "Fate/Grand Order" account with an Aniplex Online account.
・If you link your accounts, you can perform data transfer for "Fate/Grand Order" without having to issue a Transfer Number in-game.
・For detailed instructions, please refer to “Linking Your ‘Fate/Grand Order’ Account”.

*Follow these instructions within the "Fate/Grand Order" app.

1. Open the "Account Linking" menu in "My Room".

2. Tap "Link my Aniplex Online Account".

3. Log in to Aniplex Online.
　*If you already have an Aniplex Online account:
Enter the email address and password you registered with Aniplex Online, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Log In".
　*If you do not yet have an Aniplex Online account:
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "New User Registration".
Next, enter your email address and the password you want to use at Aniplex Online, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Create Account".
*If your email is not entered correctly, you may not be able to transfer game data. Make sure the address you entered was correct.
*Please read the Term Of Use and Privacy Policy before creating an account. By tapping the "Create Account" button, you indicate that you have agreed to the Term Of Use and Privacy Policy.

4. Your account is now linked.

Once you finish these steps, a screen indicating that your account has been linked will be displayed.
*While you have an Aniplex Online account linked, you will not be able to issue a Transfer Number within "Fate/Grand Order" as data transfer to another device can be performed without one.
*If you wish to transfer your game data by issuing a Transfer Number in-game, please open the "Account Linking" menu in "My Room" and follow instructions on the screen to unlink your account.

*Follow these instructions within the "Fate/Grand Order" app.

1. Tap the "Data Transfer" button on the title screen.

2. Tap "Use an Aniplex Online Account".
　*If there is already game data on your device, it will be displayed in the center of the screen.

3. Log in to Aniplex Online.
　*If there is not game data on your device:
- Enter the email address and password you registered with Aniplex Online, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Log In".
　*If there is game data on your device:
- Tap "Overwrite Linked Data", enter the email address and password you registered with Aniplex Online, then scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap "Log In".

4. Enter your authentication code.
- A six-digit authentication code will be sent to the email address you registered with Aniplex Online.Enter it when prompted on the screen.
*If you do not receive an email with a authentication code, first make sure that the email is not in your spam folder and that the email address you registered is correct, then repeat from "Log in to Aniplex Online" above.

5. Swipe right to unlock, then tap "OK".

6. Game data transfer will be completed.
